Operation Stash

Operation Stash is geared towards two of our most impoverished and at risk population groups; The elderly and disabled on fix incomes. These two groups often serve in unpaid volunteer roles. Operation Stash will provide a stipend non-taxable income to afford them extra money- a “Stash”. Unfortunately many of our elderly and disabled population find it very challenging to re-enter into the workplace to make income to insure all their needs are met.  Soul Winners Connection, Inc. will address this dilemma in two ways:

1. Provide a stipend of those who are working in unpaid volunteer capacities and develop paid volunteer opportunities for those in need of additional income.

2. Develop creative arts program for those with talent in the crafts.Soul Winners Connection will purchase the materials needed to produce the crafts and sell them at Soul Winners Connection functions.  The proceeds will be given to the participant.

Operation Kick Start

Participants are enrolled in an internship or general labor position developed by Soul Winners Connection and is paid a stipend based on availability of funding. The stipend is not to exceed State minimum wage and is paid daily or weekly as needed.  The positions will be created by networking with local businesses, nonprofits, churches and civic organizations.

One of the greatest benefits of the program is it provides immediate income with  manageable expectations for participants, i.e. – It is open to skilled and unskilled individuals, disabled, disadvantaged, students and working poor. The duties created are based on skill set and willingness to work.
